You can use this facility to ask our team of volunteers for help with any general problem related to Information Technology. (Please note that we cannot deal with the specific Wycliffe systems, such as Insite, that are maintained by JAARS.) To ask a question, simply open a new ticket below.
In order to keep track of all requests and provide a better service, we're using a support ticket system. Every request is given a unique ticket number that you can use to track the progress of the query online. There is a complete archive and history of all support requests. Please log in using the same email address with which you reported a problem and its ticket number.
